Floral card and matching tag with Gina K Spring Bouquets stamp set.

Image
Hello!  Today I have a card and matching tag, made with Gina K Designs Spring Bouquets stamp set.  I used watercolors for the coloring and added white highlights with a gel pen. For the sentiment I used the Congrats die from Congrats and Hooray die set from Alex Syberia Designs and a smaller sentiment from Gina K Happy Bouquet set.  To make the background, I did simple ink-blending with Distress Oxide inks and splattered some water and metallic paint. Lastly, I added Gold Glitter Drops from Pinkfresh Studio. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time with another project. Anna

Set of three Christmas cards

Image
Hello! I have a set of three Christmas cards made with the newest Poinsettia Background stamp from Gina K Designs October release.  I decided to make three cards today, using the same set with different mediums - watercolors, colouring pencils and alcohol markers.  First I stamped the background stamp on to different papers with black ink. I used Gina K Designs Amalgam ink because it is suitable for all three mediums. I also used my stamping platform from Tim Holtz to make sure the images are nice and crisp.  After colouring all the panels I cut the middle part out and adhered them with foam tape to a card bases. I stamped sentiment from an older set directly between the panels and added gems.  That's it!  Thanks for stopping by! Anna

Miss Ink Stamps Threeline Stencil

Image
Hi! I am in the Miss Ink Stamps blog with a super moody autumn birthday card featuring the Scene Builder: Treeline Stencil and Eieio Frame die set from Miss Ink Stamps.  I started with my background. I used the Treeline stencil and array of Distress Oxide inks to create this moody fall inspired forest. I added water and metalic splatters to imitate rain and to add shine.  I wanted to keep this card simple and with focus on the background so decided to use alphabet from the Eieio Frame die set - cut from black cardstock.  I arranged, then adhered my greeting to top portion of my card panel with clear glue and added few Dazzle Stars.  Visit Miss Ink Stamps for all the products. That's it!  Thank you for stopping by!  Anna

Fabulous Flamingos by Gina K Designs

Image
Hi there!  New Gina K Designs release is now available. My card is featuring the Fabulous Flamingos stamp set and alcohol ink background.  I created this quick background with my alcohol inks and yupo paper. I wanted something soft and sky like.  I decided to use my favourite Daviel Smith's watercolors to colour in the images from stamp set and fussy cut them with scissors.  I used arch die from my stash to die cut the window and mounted inked background behind it. I adhered all the images using foam squares. For the greeting I chose one of the sentiment from the stamp set. The only thing left was to add some lovely sparkles and white highlights.  Lastly I added my card front to a slightly larger white card base with foam tape.
