Floral card and matching tag with Gina K Spring Bouquets stamp set.

Image
Hello!  Today I have a card and matching tag, made with Gina K Designs Spring Bouquets stamp set.  I used watercolors for the coloring and added white highlights with a gel pen. For the sentiment I used the Congrats die from Congrats and Hooray die set from Alex Syberia Designs and a smaller sentiment from Gina K Happy Bouquet set.  To make the background, I did simple ink-blending with Distress Oxide inks and splattered some water and metallic paint. Lastly, I added Gold Glitter Drops from Pinkfresh Studio. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time with another project. Anna

Mini slimline card with Wonderful Watsonia

Image
Hello everyone! The new August release from Gina K Designs is already in shops and I have a mini slimline card made with the fantastic Wonderful Watsonia stamp set and watercolors.  I started with stamping and colouring the images from the set. I used Daniel Smith's watercolors in muted shades of pink, purple and orange. I die cut everything out with coordinating dies and added white highlights with gel pen.  Next I did the background. I used Distress Oxide inks to create soft pink backdrop and splattered water and metalic paint all over it.  Before assembling I stamped sentiment from the same set directly on to the inked background with black ink. I adhered my flowers with foam squares and trimmed the excess.  That's it!  Don't forget to visit Gina K Designs for all the new fantastic products and come back soon for more inspiration.  Anna

Gina K Designs June Release - Decorative Dahlia

Hello hello! Gina K Designs June Release is now life and it is packed with fantastic products! For my card I used the newest Decorative Dahlia stamp set and watercolors. This set has beautiful Dahlia flower arrangement which is big enough to cover most of your card front along with great sentiments.  I started with ink blending my background. I used Distress Oxide inks and also added water and metalic splatters.  Next I stamped this huge floral fron the the stamp set on to watercolor paper with black ink and used my Daniel Smith's watercolors to colour it. There is a coordinating die available for this stamp but I enjoy fussy cutting so did just that. After adhering everything in place with foam squares I stamped sentiment from the same set on white paper and also fussy cut it out, then added it on top.  To finish this card I added few pearls and gems from my stash.  Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to stop by Gina K Designs store today for fantasti...
