Second generation stamping with new Gina K Designs September 2022 release.

Hello Everyone!  Today's card features the newly released Warmest Winter Wishes stamp set from Gina K Designs September 2022 Release.   For my card, I decided to do first and second-generation stamping. I wanted this to be both simple and full of depth and using this particular technique allowed me to achieve that. My first step was to stamp one of the silhouette winter trees with Gina K Designs Christmas Pine Dye Ink . I stamped it once and instead of reinking my stamp - I stamped with it again. I also used the Fresh Asparagus Dye Ink from Gina K Designs and continued with stamping until I was happy with my background.  My next step was to stamp the greeting from the same set directly onto my card front. I used Gina K Designs Amalgam Obsydian Ink.  To finish this card I added metallic splatters and a few white and light blue Nuvo drops. I also rounded off the edges of the card front and adhered it to a slightly larger card base with foam tape.  I had so much fun creating this ca

Congratulations card with Friendship Blooms stamp set

Hello and welcome back.  Today's card is made with an older but still my favorite stamp set from Hero Arts and Gina K Designs.  First, I stamped this huge floral from the Friendship Blooms stamp set on to watercolor paper with a black ink. I used the Altenew 36 pan set watercoloror s to colour it in and scissors to fussy cut it out.  For my background, I decided to do ink blending with Distress oxides. I also added metallic splatters.  I adhered my florals with foam tape and added sentiment strip.  Lastly I added Matte gold  jewels from Pinkfresh Studio and some clear Nuvo drops. Thank you for visiting my blog today!  See you soon, Anna

Hello lovely people!  I'm back with my latest card made with Altenew paint a flower Coral Sunset stamp set.   Autumn is favourite time of the year. I love the muted colours, foggy mornings and cool evenings. I wanted to say hello to all the beauty of this half of the year with darker florals and eye catching background.  My first step here was to stamp and colour this beautiful stamp set from Altenew. My go to watercolor paper is the one from Crafter's Companion . I used my favourite Daniel Smith's watercolours.  I had so much fun with all the violets and blues. I like to use unexpected shades on my florals.  I also added details with a white gel pen.  I used scissors to cut the image out. I love fussy cutting. I could do it all day, it is very relaxing to me. For the background, I decided to use one of the darker violets from my watercolor pallette. I used broad paintbrush and lots of water. Before painting I taped of the card edges with washi tape. I did wet on dry techn
